HPE Aruba Networking CX 8360 Switch in Qatar
The HPE Aruba Networking CX 8360 is a 1U campus core, aggregation and data centre switch family running the Linux-based, database-driven AOS-CX operating system. Models such as the 8360-32Y4C, 8360-16Y2C, 8360-48XT4C, 8360-12C and 8360-24XF2C combine 10G, 25G and 10GBASE-T ports with 40/100GbE QSFP uplinks, delivering up to 2.4 Tbps of switching capacity and 1,145 Mpps forwarding. VSX pairs two switches for high availability with independent control planes, including live upgrades. Dual hot-swappable power supplies and fans add resilience, and REST APIs with Python scripting support automation. AstenAI supplies, designs and configures CX 8360 cores and aggregation layers for enterprises, hospitals, universities and government contractors in Doha, Lusail and across Qatar, backed by local support.

Switch pricing depends on the exact SKU, port and PoE configuration, licences, optics and support contract, so please contact us for the latest QAR price. VSX pairs, optics and support are quoted together. Delivery, installation and configuration are available anywhere in Qatar.
VSX (Virtual Switching Extension) links two CX 8360 switches so they act as a redundant pair while each keeps its own control plane. Downstream switches connect to both, and one switch can be upgraded while the other keeps forwarding traffic, reducing planned downtime.
The 8360-32Y4C is a common core or aggregation choice with 25G ports and 100G uplinks. The 8360-48XT4C suits copper 10GBASE-T, and the 8360-12C suits 100G aggregation. AstenAI sizes the right model for your buildings and fibre plan.
