Posiflex CR-2200 Cash Drawer
Posiflex CR-2200 Cash Drawer in Qatar
The Posiflex CR-2200 is a flip-top cash drawer for counters where a front-opening drawer simply does not fit. Instead of sliding out, the lid opens upward, so the drawer can sit on a narrow shelf, inside a counter cut-out or beside the POS screen. Its aluminium die-cast body measures only 460 x 175 x 102 mm, yet it holds six bill compartments and eight coin compartments, many of them adjustable, plus a cheque slot. Three interface versions are available: CR-2210B printer-driven (12V/24V), CR-2214B dedicated serial and CR-2225B USB. In Qatar it is popular with coffee shops, juice bars, bakeries, mall kiosks, laundries and small groceries where counter depth is limited. AstenAI supplies the CR-2200 series, confirms the correct interface for your printer or POS terminal, installs it neatly at your counter in Doha or anywhere in Qatar, and provides after-sales support.

Because the lid opens upward, the CR-2200 only needs space above it, not in front. It can sit on a narrow counter, inside a counter cut-out or on a shelf beside the POS screen. With a 175 mm depth, it fits tight kiosks where standard 16-inch drawers cannot open.
Yes, when connected correctly. The CR-2210B opens from your receipt printer's drawer port, the CR-2225B opens through USB from POS software that supports it, and the CR-2214B uses a dedicated serial port. We configure and test automatic opening with your POS during installation.
