The Solidigm D5-P5336 is a high-capacity PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD built on 192-layer QLC 3D NAND, available up to 122.88 TB in the 2.5-inch U.2 15 mm form factor and the long EDSFF E1.L format. The 122.88 TB model is listed at up to 7,000 MB/s sequential read, 3,000 MB/s sequential write and 900,000 random read IOPS, with 134.3 PB written endurance and a five-year warranty. It is designed to replace racks of hard disks with far fewer, much faster flash drives for read-heavy data. In Qatar it suits AI data lakes, video archives, backup targets and content platforms.
